Topic: Splash screen for mobile phone game

Hi!

I have to change the splash screen of our upcomming title, and I tought I try it in pixel art style, here is a very-pre-alpha version:

hey it's looking alright, so far. Shouldn't the other glove have cut-away fingers, too? Maybe he could use some side burns, too.. or just some more structure to the face, and some muscle definition..

But, yeah, it's looking alright.

Looking good at this point. I'd pay some attention to his ear, it doesn't look right. His hair growing pattern doesn't seem natural either, if you get what I mean.

Thanks for the comments.

The other glove will have cutaway fingers as well.
And yes, I just saw how starnge is his ears.

I will have a LOT of works to do on this one... but at least I enjoy it ;-)

Btw, I think I will change the shading a bit, I want most of the guy in dark, with only a few highlights.

i think the gun is good but it looks a bit odd, like the angle at which
its pointing makes it look really short.. plus his sight thing is floating.

I'm so enjoying the gun at this point. :D
As for his left hand (our right) look at the position of the knuckles in relation to his fingers. The index finger, although the knuckle is out, comes in too far if it's doing that. The forshortening [of the hand] isn't clearly defined. :/

... and the bandage, or how they call it, on the head is not nice enough... I have to redo the shading. Also it should be longer...

I have a lot of work to do... and right now I don't have time for it :-(
But I promise I keep you updated. I really appreciate all the comments!!!
(I might send you the full version of the game when it will be ready ;-)
