I'm representing a Seattle-based two-man game design company. We've been working on a project for XBLA for the last six months and we're approaching the point where we want to start acquiring some art assets for our game.

Ideally, we'd like to work with someone local to Seattle, but I'm open to working with someone remotely there's a good rapport and I like their work.

We want to work with someone on a number of contracts over the next year to build several medieval RPG-style tile sets, inventory interface art, character/monster sprite art, and various in-game menus. Significantly more details on what we need will be provided as the contracts come up -- right now I'm just looking for someone who can do the overall style that we're looking for and to peruse some portfolios.

Some basic details on our game:

- Build a three-character party from six available classes and venture down into a dungeon with randomized floors and rooms. Kill monsters, gather treasure, level up, save the day.
- Perspective is top-down, character animations and art reminiscent of SNES-era Squaresoft sprites.
- Combat similar to Chrono Trigger, takes place on the actual dungeon map (combat engine is based on traditional turn-based combat but tweaked to seem much faster).
- Loot system provides randomized rewards (a la Diablo) and keeps the game fresh every time you play.
