But since you're here: Go to your profile and find that 'submit pixel art' link. It should be on the left side.

And in case you are asking how to post pictures on forum:
Find a image host site - e.g. http://imgur.com

Upload your image there and get the link.

Then post it between [img][/img] tags.

e.g. [img]http://www.somedomain.com/somepicture.png[/img]
