Pixel Joint Forum: Help with TCG

Message

   I'm making a trading card game fore a game I play and one of the people's card's picture is the Eye of Sauron and I actually want it to look decent and its outside of my comfort level by alot so I turned to pixel joint for some help, so far I have a basic out line and I don't know here to go from there.

It doesn't have to look super detailed and I would be happy if it were abstarct like C64 high res restrictions (maybe not palette wise.)
