OK, you know what I'll say about dithering. But what I'll really say about dithering is, if you must have it, have it at the end! Shade first!

Nice palette, but it really lacks in strong highlights and darks. Try to have the blues come closer to some of the other colors at the darkest / lightest ends of the ramps.

Why not use some reds between the orange and purple on the pumpkin?
