For a long time I've been considering creating a pixel editor because I'm frustrated with the current alternatives, and a couple of days ago I started working on a prototype of the various features I'm planning to incorporate. The first problem I've decided to deal with is navigation on the canvas, and I've uploaded a video to youtube to demonstrate how it differs from current art packages.

Feedback is very welcome.

Feedback:
- "Make a little box were you can see the preview of it."
- "Make a large colour palette, so you can navigate easily through colors."

Looks good. Looking forward to more stuff. Also, iRene, it hurts the eyes of people who are looking at it. :/

Hey, maybe you have noticed - I have the same intention like you.

What language do you use to create your program?

Maybe we can share some ideas and researches.
