Pixel Joint Forum: I feel a little lost ...

   Hi everyone 

I am new here and joined because I want to improve my pixelArt-skills :)
Although I feel a little lost right now ;___;

I submitted my first piece (my avatar) and got the following message:

Revision required for AmicaLucis Avatar

REASON: Your piece was not able to gather the score needed for inclusion in the gallery.

This is not to say you cannot resubmit the piece in the future after revising it. We encourage you to participate in our forums
which include a Work in Progress (WIP) category. This is a great
opportunity to gain knowledge and feedback for your pixel pieces before
submitting them for approval on the main site. 

If you feel
this is a mistake please post a FRIENDLY message in the
Resources/Support section of the forum and we'd be happy to discuss it
with you. Responses to this issue within the gallery site will be
ignored.

I am not sure what I have to do to make the picture part of my gallery.

	You linked to the submit PA page. Try uploading the image on Imageshack or something so we can see wassup :) EDIT: oh, your avatar. Well, I guess it's a bit simplistic. There's not a helluva lot of colour conservation going on and the colours could be improved. I'd recommend taking it to the WIP forum. Edited by Jeremy - 11 December 2009 at 4:01pm

	What Jeremy said. You obviously spent some time on this piece, so I understand your feelings, but the fact is it could improve - mostly, colors and shading. See you on the wip forum for detailed crits.

	Ah, okay. I don't think it's necessary to take it to the WIP-forum since it is only my avatar and I don't want to work on it again now ^^ But thank you very much for your quick replies!
