I'm new to the pixel joint, so hello.  A couple of us at engine001 ( http://www.engine001.com - www.engine001.com ) are working on a group project.  It's a game similar in system to Chrono Trigger, but with a totally different story and unique characters. The art we're going for is about the same level of quality as Chrono-trigger/Final Fantasy VI. 

 

I can't such much on the story yet (that's to be disclosed when the game is released), but I can tell you that the story revolves around seven tribes, each with the power to manipulate 1 of the 7 elements.  You start with one character and as you visit each tribe, your party grows.  The setting is in a parallel universe where technology has not gone beyond that of the middle ages (windmills, water mills, and crossbows are about as technilogical as it gets, but there's the elements too.)

We could especially use someone who is good at character animations (making attack, healing, action, ect sprites).

We could also use spriters who like to make monsters/creatures both good and hostile.

 

This isn't a paid project, it's just for fun, so even if you want to only donate two or three things, we'll still put you in the credits.
