Need Pixel Artist who is willing to help the construction of Ninja, a 2D Fantasy MMO based on Naruto, programmed on the engine BYOND.

1. Art Of Execution, founded not too long ago by me (programmer) and my friend, Andrew (Screen GFX), was made to see if we could really push the ante on gaming in 2D, using the engine BYOND. We want to create top-quality games not just for our enjoyment, but for players alike as well. We love what we do, we are dedicated, mature, and motivated people. BYOND, Build Your Own Net Dream, has a meaning to it that is obvious. We wish to create our "Net Dream", a dream that we've had for years, but weren't ready to execute it; the creation of a quality game. 
   
2. The job is simple, yet time consuming; we need a pixel artist who is well with doing turf (land, trees, buildings, etc.) pixel art. (If you can also do bodies, that is a plus.) We desperately need a pixel artist, perfectible with someone who is dedicated and really wants to not only help create our dream, but be apart of it. We really want to show off someones amazing pixel art, along with great programming skills and exciting GFXs, mixed all into one, to create a well crafted game.
   
3.  Work first, then pay. If you're interested the amount of work will be matched with the amount of money you and the team can disclose upon.

5. We do not have a website yet, but I am a web designer, we will have a forum as soon as we get off the ground a bit with the project and have work to show to people.
   
6. I have made an RTS, "War", by myself, with the BYOND program that was placed in one of the top-BYOND guilds, as well used as framework for another game by the maker, Falacy, to use. Many people loved it as well.
