LifeForm Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and creative candidates for 2D characters design, based on images and detailed descriptions that we would provide.
The ideal candidate is expected to have previous experience within a similar role. We need creative and transparent individual, good in communication, showing high levels of enthusiasm.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

1) Character Design – customizable tilesets (size 144 x 256 animation, 48 x 64 is the size of the character):
  • bodies (player base) - different weight, sex and skin color
  • heads - different sex and skin color matched with player base
  • hairs - both male and female from bald to long hairstyles
  • clothes

2) NPC design – finished tilesets (size 144 x 256 animation, 48 x 64 is the size of the character)

3) Pet and animal design - tilesets of cat, dog, deer, cow, sheep, chicken (size 96 x 256 animation, 32 x 64 is the size of the pet)

Requirements

You should send examples of your artwork or your portfolio with CV
We need only serious and dedicated candidates who will be able to finish the work within the project deadline.

Payment

The payment will be made once a project is finished in USD or EUR via PayPal or Wire Transfer.


Job Offer is valid till April, 23.

I didn't know that contract info should be publicly listed.
Anyway it would be work made for hire agreement.

Well optional, but would be nice to know if this is contract based work or not...nothing indepth :P

Once the project is finished? By this you mean the entire project? As in we have to depend on the ability of the team to successfully launch a game before we see compensation?

I think this whole idea is a little bit unprofessional, in terms of not giving out enough details, I mean obviously half the world doesn't understand how hard or tricky making pixel art is, for projects like these, you must be as specific as you can, otherwise you might just get one or two replies, most of them question based, not just saying "ZOMG hire me".
