Hey guys, this is my first post at the foruns, anyway.
Something i am working on MSPaint XP, i'm trying new techniques with this and also trying to learn dithering...
Dithering is still weak..i plan to finish the lineart first and then move to the rendering....
BTW...it's a goblin...and it's driving a zeppelin...
C&C are welcome, thanks.

I like where this is going. you're lineart is superb. and great color choices.
I know this is a 'dithering test' for you but i honestly think it would suit the piece better if you texturized it rather than dithered it... lemme see...

whatever you choose, I think it'll look great! Keep Posting

Agree about good lines, but shading is not consistent everywhere (ears, and elsewhere); and colors might be more interesting. Improve those before moving on to texturing / dithering / refining.

@StepDragon:Nice ref man, thanks. I realy like the colors of that piece... i think i'll go for some variations on the highlights using this as base.
@Manupix: Yeah it's noticeable that lighting is messed up, in the end i think i will just add ambient lighting like the ref sugested above. As for texturing...it'll be tough..but i think i can go for it.
MSPaint has a realy poor color picker, so i think i will transfer this to gimp (wich has the best colo picker imho). Any houghts on the background [sky, zeppelin indoor roof...]?

Some minor update:
So much easier to lineart in GIMP. Still need to fix some lines (ears and goggles). These colors probably wont stay at the final piece.
