I've searched several different times on several different days, but couldn't find any free ones.

Texture baking for what? Most of the 3D programs come with their own texture tools.

Baking lighting onto a 3D model, I'm looking for a tool specifically made for that.

Blender!

I usually bake radiosity lighting on my models. Blender can do anything any of the expensive model editors/animators can do, but it's free!

I'd rather not learn to effectively navigate blender for one feature my tool of choice can't do.
