Okay, so I went to WIP and I got help, and then when i finished, I submit my art to Pixel Joint.

.......... Wait hours and hours until.......... REJECTED!

Then I was like wtf? I already went to WIP!
Here's my art:

Amputee in the Darkness

This is the art I posted in WIP, it looks pretty solid to me...

Reincarnated Satan, 666 cat

Then, there's this! My first art I posted to WIP. Why was this rejected...?

Lil'Business Man

This was for the lil'dudes... but it got rejected... why??!? Of course lil'dudes are 4 colours only... Also, i didn't even post this in WIP

Piss in a Toilet

Well, I didn't even post this in WIP; but it looks solid to me...

Then there's my Tetris Amputee Man

Amputee Man ~Weekly Challenge~

The only one that got accepted... It was for the Weekly Challenge.

It's lame that the only pixel art that got accepted was the one for the Weekly Challenge, the Tetris challenge. Why is it that only 1 art got accepted and the rest was thrown out of the window?

I spent more hours on Amputee in the Darkness than the one for the Weekly Challenge! And my Reincarnated Satan 666 Cat was my first pixelated art! And i spent a lot more hours than all of my other art.

Going to the WIP section isn't an immediate pass into the gallery.

IMO your stuff could use a lot of work before it's accepted, though I don't see why the tetris thing was accepted and Amputee Man wasn't.

I know, my tetris took like 2 hours or something; and my Amputee in Darkness took longer than my tetris.

Amputee in Darkness - There's a lot of banding and your shapes are still pretty wonky. The swirls are just copypasta'd. It seems close to being accepted, just some minor issues here and there.

666 Cat - The shading just seems quickly done, like you took the pencil, scribbled the outline, and filled it with the paint bucket. With refining and texturing (and removing that black outline), you'd be set.

L'il Business Man - No L'il Dudes are accepted anymore, so don't feel bad about this one.

Piss in a Toilet - It's pretty nasty (the subject matter). Not to mention the perspective-breaking bottom. If it were in proper perspective, it might get in. Just note that the users vote on whether it gets in, and the "piss in a toilet" might just make them go "eww" as they hit the "no" button.

Weekly Challenge Entry - It was probably let in because it's a challenge entry. They're generally lenient with those, as resubmitting can result in no entry at all. ):

Hope this doesn't offend you. Just giving my thoughts on why they may not have been let it. ^^

I'm not the one who sent back or approved any of your stuff, so I can't really say why they went they way they did. But I will say that you're approaching this from the wrong angle. If you're happy and satisfied with your art, why does it matter whether some snobby online gallery accepts it or not? Gallery acceptance is nice for validation, but you have to be able to look at one of your pieces with your hands on your hips and say "yeah, I'm proud of that". If you can't do that, you shouldn't be submitting it to the gallery in the first place. If you can, then your pride and confidence shouldn't be shaken by rejection. Just keep working to improve for yourself, because you like making pixel art and it makes you proud to see yourself get better, not for the sake of barely scraping by the approval process of an online art gallery.

I've seen a ton of people come through here whose only goal is to make stuff that gets accepted. When they're finally able to do so consistently--when they find and rise to the bare minimum of acceptability--they disappear from the site forever. If you don't have a personal drive to get better or any kind passion for making art, that's all you're ever going to achieve--the absolute bare minimum. You should ask yourself if you want better than that.

the cat could still use plenty of work. granted, it's much much better than before, but I don't think you're quite there yet. the "amputee in darkness" thing seemed at least borderline, I'd take pragz's critique then resubmit.
Or you could make a thread in the WIP section with all of these, and rather than finish with "i think it's done I'm going to submit", ask "does this look finished? anything else I could add or change?" then wait a few days for a reply.
