Hi, everyone I would like to ask some basic questions about the financial side of pixel art.

1. What kind of work is available and how are the prices judged.

2. Is there a higher price for custom work that is not to be duplicated again? For example, I might want some basic logo design. What if I want to trademark the work. Do pixel artists make their assets available by request. Can this be asked?

3. If I throw up a number like $25, or $50. What can I get for that. The question is broad, but again, please bear with me. I am not even sure what I can ask for. This of course means, it's simple projects.

4. Please fill in any explanations from your experiences. I would especially like to hear from pixel artists who have done paid work. Including backgrounds, characters and isometrics.

Thank you.

I think one of the best things I have read on pricing is found here by Fool.  A lot of great information here.
