I tried to send a work for use as an avatar but apparently it does not meet quality standards, advice?

I tried replacing some colors in MSpaint. The image is colorreduced and resized -> not pixelart.

Especially for a high contrast image line this, 4 colors is enough.

Better? Yes.

Good enough? No because it still looks like you haven't pixeled it yourself. How did you make it?

...not sure what you mean with that.

If you want to get this into the Gallery, though, you'll have to make the image yourself.

Put every pixel in place yourself, not just scale down with photoshop and then make it have less colors.

I've had problems like this before where certain areas of colors were slightly shifted after I copy-pasta'd my work from Paint to Photoshop.

Snader, he might just be a victim of this.

Asumaka, some of your shapes (such as the white block on the front of the gun) have slightly different colors in them. Something's up with your colors. To see what Snader's talking about, open up your pic in paint and use the fill bucket on a few areas (mainly the whites).

I unterstood the problem , i resolve that with the full bucket of paint. Now there isn't more variety of colors on white :

No, still very many colors in your image. I use tool to show how many colors:

Left: you picture. more than 16 color.
Right: me picture. only 3 color.

What software program you use?
