May need some artists as back ups when I move on. My background is doing CG/FX for film and games. I am working on some side projects that I have set aside funding for. I have some design docs that I have been throwing around and I am trying to see if I will go the 3D route or pixel route or combo. Please send in samples and your rate. How I would like to do it is that I send you information about the character or full screen and you send me your bid for the asset. I would pay half upfront and half on completion.
