Hey, I like the cars, they're nicely shaded, but I have a question:
How come the bottom red line moves?
Also, the road texture is cool but it would look better if it was
darker. This would also add contrast between the road and the car
windows.
Then again, I'm a noob so I don't know much :)

1: make it faster 2: the car goes to straight, a person shooting out the window cant drive like that.
irate corpse: that is propably just an error he corrected after noticing.

The red line is just a guide so I keep the car in the middle of the road.. and will be removed later..
2: the car goes to straight, a person shooting out the window cant drive like that.
Someone else will be shooting

I can't see the car interior and reflection. Like, there is no sun? Then what is it what's lightning the place?

Hmm, the problem with that is that the tile is more obvious now...
perhaps a more random, slightly sparser texture. Failing that, add more
in the sparser areas to bring it together more...
Get some lines crossing tiles too to break them up a bit, etc...
Looks cool though, should look nice once the window highlights are in

well it still should wiggle alittle to the sides, or maybe hes driving past a kindergarden in 15mph?

The thing is I've not long started doing pixel art so it's hard for me to get things looking good And that car is my very first try at making GTA style car
I know what I would like to do look like... I just don't have the skillz to do it yet..

Think about it, if the car's moving faster a tiny wiggle in the steering equates to a much larger, longer turn.
If the car was wiggling it would need to be going slower - that said perhaps some deviation from the dead straight line wouldn't go amiss.

Thats looking pretty good, especially the car, the side walks on the road could use some more detail.

It is funny to see how someone is putting so much work on an easy little thing as this.
Well, texture is too plain repetitive and everything is just flat. Highlights to the car and car shadow to the ground, please.

i think it good that your putting effort into not-the-biggest-project-
ever. it will make it seem more worth while in the end.

Where's its trunk? Fenders? Bumpers? Mirrors? And instead of making the
windows an opaque color with some highlight across it, I'd have a
silhouette of the dashboard showing.
Just a note, from a top down view, you should not be able to see the
seats, especially the front seats as they are in the latest transparent
window. And I have no idea what's going on with the back window. I
suggest looking at how cars are constructed and tweaking this to look
more believable.
And inkspot: Your arrogance is showing.

No problem. It's surprising how many people missed it. Although, we're
always around cars and probably don't observe them as closely since
their presence is so common to us, so it's understandable that the
missing pieces were overlooked for a while.

the fact that you used dithering in the hood kind of makes your car look like it's mede of lego, or bricks, or even a net.
I'd sugest you make a non dithered shading, because it will help later on, when you want to make stuff like the glow from the gunshot, or even reflectons in the car.
the texture for the road, I sugest you make a tile with all the width of the road. this way you can put some dirt close to the sidwal, and some tire marks close to the center and stuff like that!
any ways, it's you project
