FusionMetro.com is a project I am working on that works to promote leadership and entrepreneurial skills in young adults. I had a majority of the artwork for this project completed; however, after reviewing the work done many of the styles are inconsistent.

The size of the client is 995 x 683 and I am seeking an artist to create two environments as well as a male and female avatar (walking and sitting), four clothing/hairstyles for each gender, as well as several smaller items including a wallet and PDA type device.

In addition I am hoping the artist can look at work I have currently had done to determine if it can be edited in any way to fit the style I am going for (in which case, the amount of work the artist needs to do will be greatly reduced).

The pay is only $250 at this time. I know that is extremely small for what I am asking for but I believe I will be able to establish a strong working relationship with whichever artist is interested in the project and I plan to compensate the artist in the future for work done and provide further paid work as the project progresses. The artist chosen will have a considerable amount of say in the creative aspects of the project. Also, any artists will be credited for the work done and can use FusionMetro on their portfolio and as a reference.

For further project information and examples of images already designed, as well as the style I am looking for, or if there are any questions, please contact me at contact@fusionmetro.com . The project website is currently being designed (thus the absence of one).

Thank you in advance!
Derek Kruse
