Ok, well looking through these forums I feel quite intimated when posting this thread for the simple fact, every person who has posted something similar to what I am about to are giving people like me a bad name. Your reaction to people like Nitron City and various other posts containing information about MMOCC's or Virtual games was very negative, but rightly so.

I am not another Habbo Wannabe. I am a Business owner and proud to be planning this Project.

Basically, I need the best pixel artists to work with others in a team of around four to six. I already have a Head Pixel Artist who is in charge of recruitment and giving out the work load fairly and evenly.

There will be some form of payment, but we are hoping at first to have voluntary aid. Once the project is fully underway, through revenue, staff members will be paid.

We have a full Business Plan for anyone who is serious about helping and we are currently speaking with a few companies about financial aid.

This is just a planning stage. There will be no signing of contracts until my end of finance is secure and I have covered my estimated start up costs.

This MMOCC will be like no other, in a Isometric style (yes like Habbo Hotel) it will revolutionise the way teenagers view the internet.

A lot of the people who post things like that are arrogant jerks, and that's really just how it is in a lot of forums like this.  People looking to make themselves bigger by ripping down other people.

In reply to Vidd, you obviously got the wrong meaning of what I said.

It means, well will not have any work DONE until contracts are signed but there will be no contracts or anything binding any staff member to the project until I am financially secure. Meaning until I am, people who are asked or want to be staff, in this case pixel artists, can be but will not have to do anything until I am ready. This is just a outlined staff team.

I, nor anyone else would pay someone if they have not completed any work...Like in the real world, if you do not turn up for work on one day, your wages are cut for that day.

MMOCC stands for Massively Multi-player Online Chatting Community, and is usually referred to as a market, so its the MMOCC Market.
