This is my second attempt at pixel art and I wanted some comments on it to see how I'm going... As you can see i haven't finished the hair and the shirt and I am not sure about the rest so any critique is welcome! Thanks

Its got personality. Only crit so far the highlights on the eyes (while good) have a bit of a cross-eyed look.

There is still something wrong with the eyes... Can anyone give me some advice? (well actually, now he looks kinda gay)
