I am making my first animated pixelwork and there is that what i have done:

And The First Frame(Not final, must make antialiasing and something other stuff)


..so what you think?

Very good, but head is a bit weird. And differs from the other body parts. Feet are weird blocks too.

In the animation course I'm doing, if you want to animate something
'correctly' and the easiest way possible, is to make a skeleton
animation which basically serves as a draft animation and then you
go over it afterwards. It doesn't hurt to draw a model first like
you're doing because you can use it as a reference.

Animation can be very tedious especially when it's not pixel art.
It might sound like a big ask, but if you put the effort in the
results are astounding. I'm talking the Disney way of animating.
