Hello. I was hoping for some animation critique. I'd originally made these with the intention of loading them into a tile-based game, which is why they're in 16-bit colors, and also why the heads are stationary instead of with bouncing ears and hair (the head was controlled separately). I'll be adding a little animation to that.

Ultimately, the technological limitations of the game I was trying to put it into made using an odd-width character impossible, but I'm still rather fond of the animation. That said, I'm of the opinion that even harsh critique is only valuable data to improve, so tear into it! I'd never attempted a running animation before.





I'm aware that the framerate is slower than it could be, but I don't have that option in ImageReady - I can only set the delay between frames.

make the whole sprite shift down one pixel when both feet are on the ground.
