Update= finished animation. :] I want to animate him cranking his hat to inflate the balloon and then he is going to pop the balloon with a needle in his other hand. Then the balloon deflates and the process starts all over again. C+C appreciated! |

Maybe you need to displace the men to the right, to left more space for the inflated balloon. and if you move to the bottom the crank, you dont need to animate the arm, only need to displace the arm from bottom to top, so you can concentrate your effort on the balloon´s animation. And maybe you can make bigger the mustache, so the balloon explodes when the pressure is enough. Hope I help you ;) |

Here's mine so far: I just started it about an hour ago, no glasses yet. I'm hoping to finish this by Wednesday and then get another one done by sunday but I doubt that will happen. -Edit: Oh momma! i was staring at it too long and now that i take a break I realize how much it looks like an ape! this always happens to me. |

| The balloon has a part near the end where it just instantly inflates the rest of the way, and he still cranks it. I think you should fix it so it slowly inflates till it gets to the end of him cranking it and then he pops it. Although I'm not sure how a popped balloon can inflate over and over again, this is just an animation, so I guess it's okay. |

adcrusher: eyes, nose, mouth and glasses all seem to be at different angles. ravagence: over-dithered to the max. dither's something you usually only use when you have to, it does create texture but I think you could create a more convincing texture with a different method. dragonwarrior0: first one doesn't do it for me, that second one looks nice though. |

Anyway I think those three are ready unless there are some suggestions/ideas /critcism on how to improve them
