A few questions.

How old are you? The reason I ask is that the grammar in both your posting here and on the "company" website is pretty ropey to say the least and doesn't fill anyone with any great confidence.

You say you "are a unique artstyle"...what does that even mean?

And the word you are looking for is OUR Creative Director.

So using the ideas that your creative director has concept-ed you are going to create something truly unique and amazing?
Firstly, there is no such word as "concept-ed"...it is conceptualised...it means he thought of ideas and concepts and then wrote them down in hopefully a more understandable manner than your posting.
Secondly, the entire sentence is SO badly wiritten that only someone as awkward, grammatically correct and experienced as myself could even hope to grasp its meaning.
Your post is so amateur it will drive more people away than it will attract. And your website is not much better. It looks like it took minutes to make.

I'm not trying to be pedantic, although I would be amazed at this point if you knew what that meant...but your whole pitch is fairly substandard.
If you want to attract talented and experienced artists then you must first make them feel confident that they are dealing with professionals.
"looking for a group (plural) of crazy game artist (singular)..." Bad grammar right from the start is not going to impress anyone.
"Wanna"...well I understand you want or "wanna" sound cool and street-wise, but unless you're after people as obviously inexperienced as yourself, then using vernacular (look it up) is not going to do the trick. It just makes you sound as young as I suspect you are.

Now, you probably hate my guts by now, but trust me...I've been doing game art for 28 years and have worked on almost 300 titles, so when I say that your posting right now isn't doing you any favours...it really isn't.

If you want people to work for you, you're going to have to come across as more professional than you do right now.

You're going to have to lose the "cool" talk like WANNA and CRAZY...because not everyone uses slang, and in business they NEVER use it!

You are also making some pretty wild statements. "we will create game artwork never seen before!"
Really???
You're going to create graphics better than anything created in the history of games? Better than Capcom for example?
I seriously doubt that.

Also it would not be YOU creating the graphics...it's the guys that you are hoping to hire...for no money.

The bottom line is, you want people to jump onboard, work god-knows how many hours a week for who knows how long on these unknown "concept-ed ideas" on a title that may, or may not sell?

And their reward if it doesn't sell is what? Nothing.

Come and work for us, we're great, we're going to create something better than anything before and until it sells, which it might not, you will get no money.

Not really very motivating is it?

See what I'm saying?

It was implied in your post, that you wish to be professional...which for your information is spelled with one F and two ss...
If you are, as you say planning to create something never seen before in the history of gaming (graphically at least)...then to achieve such an ambition you must approach such goals in a professional and businesslike manner otherwise experience has taught me, you will fail.

But you're not going to get anywhere if you then reply with "we our a group of crazy developers..."
we ARE a group...

And if you OUR (are) a group of crazy developers then do you have something to show? To encourage other crazy artists to join you?
What do you have other than the ideas "concept-ed" by your creative director?
