one of those clouds looks like a bunny. i think this is cool, perhaps
animate the smoke outa the chimneys :D |

Mybe dont make the couds look so 3D maybe, just block colours like it has been painted? otherwise it looks cool  |

u use teh pencil tool in ms paint and u place coloured pixels in
appropriate places. read some tutorials N0000000000B! |

tho, 'making' pixels can mean the proccess of varying colour in an orderley fashion to create an image. Is that what Snader was saying? .. I'm easily confused, so don't listen to me.
And back on topic before this gets locked, I love the idea of a city, but i think it'd be cooler if it was an actual mini-city, not just a model... yah, good job either way |

No, actually it is easyer to do it in notepad. You need to write sort of description of the apartment and then save it as a PNG/BMP/GIF Who is the noob now eh? |
