I need a program to make the BG transparent. The place the main site tells you to go to get it don't have it. I really want to add the thing i'm currently working on, but I'm not allowed the way it's going to be.

Thx, but, um....when I downloaded it, it gave me a toolbar, and download manager. when I went to download manager to download giffy, it sais it can't download.


any other ways to get it?
