Hello, I'm 11clock and I run an Indie Games company called Twin Games.

http://www.twingamesco.com/ - http://www.twingamesco.com/

We're best known for our game Tomato Potato. Though it's very low quality, it's our most clever and fun game. We're also known for the Mr. Smile series (I'll go into more of this), the Blockster series, and the game competition winners Quick Run (Spring Retro Game Contest winner) and Tazer (Caiman Mini Game Contest winner). Twin Games has also recently created Clock Games, a branch of Twin Games that sells iOS apps.

Now that I'm done introducing myself and my company, let's get into my graphics request. Twin Games has never been successful at getting a pixel artist (except for Mr. Smile Plus). We need a dedicated pixel artist who can make graphics for our upcoming game Mr. Smile 2 Plus. Mr. Smile 2 Plus is a remake of a game I made long ago (no longer available). It's an epic adventure about a smilie face saving the world from evil teddy bears (NOT the ones from the Game Maker resources) known as the Bera. The mood of this game is supposed to be happy and cheerful. Even though the game looks childish, it's actually a fun adventure for those of all ages. It constantly brings you fourth-wall-breaking jokes that never get old, and its gameplay is fun and unique. You move with the arrow keys and shoot with WASD instead of with the mouse. This gives an arcade feel of the game and it doesn't take long to get used to.

The concept of Mr. Smile is to give a fun, cheerful arcade-style experience that is good for all ages, sort of like the Mario games. It may look like children's game only, but trust me, it isn't.

What Mr. Smile 2 Plus needs is some good pixel art. I'm requesting for someone to help me with Mr. Smile 2 Plus. We're looking for someone who can make good-quality cartoon graphics and backgrounds.

Here are a few screenshots of the game so far:

(A random white square appeared in both pictures that weren't in the game. I need to get better screen capture software.)

And here is the current beta of the game, if you still don't think this game is at least a little serious. It goes on until after you get the partner Max the Ghost. There isn't more after that. If you lose all of your health, press L to load last save (you can't die yet). Also, please don't press V, as that is a debug button that adds to your amount of partners.
