I burned out a little on a larger project, so im just looking for something small/fun. I was really into them when I was younger, so why not.

The truck is about 70% done. Maybe 1 or 2 more crushed cars, and/or a ground surface. My "base" car isnt all that great, but I think it looks fine when I destroy it.

The crushed cars look fin, I think the truck needs a bit more detail and the inside of the tires seem like they have less tread than the outside. Nice work so far thoguh

Yea, the monster truck could use some more details... I think some decals would work, like flames painted on the side

Thanks for the replys. I went back and rebuilt the body for more of an actual truck shape. I agree decals would be nice. Most likely stripes or checkers though. Im not sure flames will work.

I also reworked the tread, though im not sure it's better, thats seems to be the hardest part.

wow that bonnet is so much better, and i like teh orange flames,
perhaps checkers on teh roof. i think you have used a too dark,
dark colour, perhaps one in the middle of teh two colours.

Much better, but you need to fix the window also, it is plain box right now, make it more round and add a light  reflection on it.

Rounded the windows just a bit and added a roll cage to the chassis.

I made it so you can see the roll cage through the window, but it's a bit busy. Too busy for any nice refections. Im not sure if I should leave it as is or just go with a tinted window look.

I still need to attach the axles.

You didn't round the window, you just rounded one line of the body, round the glass also, give it a reflection. And the bottom part of window should be more rounded.

Yeah I removed a couple pixels from the top corners of the windshield (and side window).

edit - nevermind. I updated the windows. I believe thats what you meant (see image).

The update is in my first post.

I finished the frame/added an engine/axles etc.

I also added a light refection on both windows. I went with a natural looking gradient as it works better with the transparency. I do like standard reflection "lines", but they seem to get lost in all the detail.

Awesome but something seems odd with the tires. Maybe you need some highlights for them?

I take it you mean on the front edge of the tire. I went back to edit it and realized I made the tread too wide. So not only was the tire not round, the highlight was also covered up by the tread.

I updated it. I think it looks much better.
