Ok, I tried to make a dinosaur but it realy didn't look good at all, I think I will try to make the mmmy though.

Also many of the  colors seem to be a little too saturated.

Classy wood would be nice. Also hang a sword on the wall to add
another detail.

I like the wood much better. Less harshness on the eyes.

that wood doesnt really look like pixel art, seeing as there over 150
shades of brown. try looking at others techniques rather than
brushes or filters or something. http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1112&PN=1 - this is a great example of wood

you have a creat concept/idea here but you are straying from the goal. the last version looks like a funeral parlor it even has a corpse! lighten the wall back to the second version make the floor less distracting (a museum/gallery never distracts from the artwork) dim the lights and light up the art, not the wall as you have done. also maybe put a simple bench in the middle of the room.

The people look pretty good, but try having more than 2 hair styles. All i see are short hair and long hair. Try making some spiky, some skater, someone with a hat on or something. Also you could try changing the clothes a bit, like have somebody have a leather cloak/jacket on or something like that. Looks pretty good though, good job so far.

You need red lines around the mummy, like a bank has to keep people in line...
Hope you know what I mean.

Also, what make it more convincing that it's a museum is to have a tour guide and a bunch of rowdy children.

I think the paintings should be bigger.
