So, I'm-a try real hard to learn pixeling some more! For practice, I present the following beginnings of a portrait: EDIT: Cleaner version:  Lights and darks painted in: Check. I welcome all advice and critique at every step of this process so's I can steal your excellent pixel knowledge. Maybe I'll learn a thing or two!  Assorted minor edits. It's at around this point I start being unsure as to what the next step is. And that's in a monochrome image; Palette choosing's a whole other can of worms. No comments, huh? Have I offended somehow?  (Also, I'm allowed to self-bump if there's updated content, yes? That seems to be consensus?) Now it's been some dental work and vague attempts at dithering.
