Hello,
I am currently looking for a pixel artist that can help me do the graphics part of the game Fairy REALM. Fairy Realm is a 2D MMORPG inspired the manga Fairy Tail. This game is French but now translated into English later.
The work is to reproduce the images to pixel art (example: http://font3.free.fr/FairyREALM/fairyrealm.png)
The work is paid by maps create.

Maps create.. Does this mean that if we work for you we get to create maps as a reward, instead of money?
Is the artwork that needs to be reproduced officially yours?

You do not have a licence or right to use those images or designs. They belong to the studio that made the manga. You should not make a game based on these designs, places characters.
Make original designs and story instead.
