Hello everyone.  I see a lot of talent out here and would like to ask for your help.
I have a big advertising project I would like to start and will require everything to be done in pixel art form.

JOB:  To help create a city (Houses, Cars, Streets, People, etc...) The city will be small at first but as advertising picks up so will the city.

PAID OR NOT: This project is a bit of both.  I would like to write up a contract with the person who will be helping us.  This project will not be funded until Advertisers start rolling in. When that time comes I would like to offer 30-40% of the income to the artist for the life of the website.
