Hello everyone,
I am an independent developer and
artist working on a game prototype in a highly modified quake engine.
I am currently in need of a particle effects artist to illustrate high
resolution explosion sprite animations.
About the company
This is currently a
self-funded/developed endeavor by Amil Parra. 95% of all the artwork
you see was done by me to provide a quality demonstration to a
project that I believe has potential and room to grow.
About the project
Currently the game is a fast paced
classic FPS (Wolf3d) mixed with classic run/dash and gun elements
(Megaman X) and some dungeon/powerup gameplay (Zelda/Metroid).
However, the game has plenty of room to evolve and expand past these
elements.

Job Info
I have the place-holder sprites that
currently illustrate the style needed for the animations. The sprites
would need to resemble the reference in dimensions and general style
(not too realistic yet not too cartoony). I Currently need two
explosion sprite animations (one with 9 frames, one with 11), but if
time allows more sprites may be commissioned.
This is a work for hire project and
payment is based per-sprite for now. Half at start and half at
completion of each sprite animation. Payment amount can be negotiated
over e-mail. PayPal account is recommended but not necessary.
