Good lord... sorry if i havn't posted on here before, i am fully aware that this place exist but with family and other stuff, it makes it very hard to keep track with things.
Anyway if i haven't already introduced myself already then i will, my name is Tony i'm Canadain/Columbian and i run a small team named G-Flash at the moment my team is working on a project named KOS which is currently due for next year summer. the link to our youtube channel can be found http://www.youtube.com/user/Generations1st?feature=mhum - here .
Alright now to explain more about the team, i currently hold a team of 26+,This includes
6 artist/ character designers
[progression pay depends on experience]
4+ Animators
[currently training 2 Note: The ones i train do have an understanding of animation. the training purpose covers advance purposes]
12 voice actors (PLUS 6 as of FEB 15th)
[For the moment i don't need any of these since this is an easy job]
2 Musicians
[usually paid min $800 to max $1600 per project score duration]
I'm not desperately in need of anymore apart from more animators, but im keen in seeing others portfolios, and ofcourse if there's a sign of devoted passion in the work you do, then we can discuss what it is your best at..
Personally i've had people in the past that said the can do things, and we find its a lie because they forgot to add that they only started this kind of thing..
The Team was founded on the 24th of February 2010, before then i was working along side with other projects such as web comics..
The budget for this project is around $5000+ but i'm not sure i'll know by next year august for sure..
By the way, just some advice for newbies that want to start their own company in gaming or animation..
DO NOT DO IT unless your willing to go down the yellow brick road of financial torment, im afraid this does require money in the end of it and alot of it, meh you don't want me lecturing you!
Hmmm...Am i missing anything?
If i am be sure to post it, if you have any questions be sure to add it in..
I believe what makes a good project, is fully dependent around how imaginative a story is, it should never have any limits..
Happy pixeling.
Tony

Just out of interest do you only work with pixel animation? Or do you do other things like games or apps.
Might as well link to some of my work just incase it sparks an interest http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11063

It's interesting you ask that actually because A Good Friend of mine named TJ who's also my co producer for projects, has a sectioned a team named Last minute games
he's been known to make FPS games in 3D, so when i told him about this project his opinion was that this should of been a 3D based project...
When it comes down to applications Toon boom and Yo-yo usually come into mind however, I've seen other programs which have their potentials as well..
I can see your also good with environment renders, but what worries me is that these have to be your work, and not remixed editions of stages which where made by the official companies, are you familiar Stage layouts? of-course we don't mind you designing a character like sonic or Ryu from the street fighter series, as long as it was you that designed him in your own image..

All the work there is 100% my own except for 3 minor pieces that I have listed (Trees in the RPG mockup, the little jet pack guy and the Pulse Man sprite).
I am familiar with level layouts and actually worked as the lead layout artist for one project, unfortunately I have no programing knowledge so I would often have to design the levels and then have the programers fine-tune things as they built the game. I have plenty of examples of my layouts if thats something that would interest you.
As well as that I have had a couple of my own game designs released onto the apple store (with a few more in the works). The main reason I contacted you was because I had an idea for a card game I wanted to create and was looking for some sort of platform to launch it from.
Its not an overly complex card game, more along the lines of "triple Triad" from the Final Fantasy games, but I think it has potential.
I was hoping to release it as an app with plenty of ideas for boosting the card collecting nature of the game.
The game itself would work much better with some sort of character and story behind the cards and I though we could both benefit from one another.
Just an idea though, feel free to PM me if you're interested.
