hello considering cure really offended me i want to know how to do goodpixel art

what's a good program for it,
here are the list of what not to say:

You can use Aseprite and UPaint. These are the software i am trying out now because i have always being doing Pixel Art using MS Paint.

http://itchstudios.com/psg/art_tut.htm - Read this , http://donnayoung.org/art/draw1.htm - practise this, think about what you would like to make (this alone takes at least 15 minutes in your case ) and why, then open a random (use an 8 sided dice) program from the list you just gave in your first post. Start, work for 1 hour straight. If you have no clue what to do after 30 minutes go back to the first link and think again.
