Hello,
A quick summary before I list the bullet points from the Job Posting Terms:
I am working on an old-school RPG for PC and Android.  I currently have placeholder art for character portraits, and need to get some that I can use legitimately in game to replace them.  They are small, and something like this is exactly what I'd need:

My budget is really quite limited, this being the first commercial project I have attempted.  I would like to negotiate, or at least hear what people are willing to provide and at what price.

Thanks everyone who contacted me about this.  I'm still negotiating with a couple of artists who emailed me, but I think at this point we should consider the job filled.
