Hello fellas. I just wanted to know what software you use to create pixel arts. Can you suggest me a good software which is free and can help me animate?

GraphicsGale is one I commonly use, for animations especially, as it's easy to figure out. Unfortunately if you want to save .Gifs through that program, you must purchase the registered version - I believe it was only $10.00 USD though, so it's not bad.
For pixel art, any program that is user friendly is a good one. I often use the Windows 7 Paint which works just fine for making static pixels.

I'm sure there are ten thousand existing forum threads about this, try searching.
And I'd use something with real palette control options like Grafx2 over Win7Paint.

I used grafx2 but I found it difficult to handle, moreover we can't animate in it, right?
