Wait, I think I'm getting it.

More than 100 pixels. 100 pixels is the max size for the preview file. I think he needs to know if he can upload a pixeling larger than 100x100. Let me xplain with an image:

I think Brian is speaking another language as well. It appears to be saying "Moo" and a rustic circle and line suggest you should probably write that or something near that in the small file box.

Yes for 100 10 pixels in a box is suck makes for two boxes and a picture of each for making a fox and pig go submit.

Yes, even though the question was badly writen, we can try guessing what this is about.

When posting a file >100 pixels in either dimmensions, you need to supply the preview file as well, which is <100 pixels.
