Face is looking good and expressive, left arm seems ok while right one folds in a weird way which may it seems flat, and the hand is a bit small compared to the other one. Shoulders are of different size as well it seems.
Also not a critique on the work itself but if you want advice on something it might be a good idea to give a few directions: is this guy going to be a single sprite, or put in a scene, fighting something else ?

Also even if you're not sure at all what his legs are going to look like at this point a rough draft helps to situate him, just to let people know what you're up to, so they can suggest things. That may sound stupid but it would also makes it more appealing which will help to lure comments and critiques to you, as of now it seems a bit lost in all that white space.
The more you give the more can be given back I'd say.
Hope this edit helps somehow, just quick idea of how I'd present that. May absolutely not be for what you're looking, but at least it'll help you picture what I said...

If you are going with a realistic anatomy, your anatomy is wrong everywhere.
