I like how it turned out
Unless he's a kind of doll thingy and his lower parts can be rotated 360° I'd suggest doing some.. umm.. angle.. fixing
his upper parts are headed left while the lower parts go straightforward.. There should be some kind of.. transition
Also, the muscle thingy on his right leg seems a bit strange and the head looks a bit flat, but a good shading will probably make up for it later
However, I wub the whole concept and I look forward to see the final version <3

(sorry for my lack of verbal skills, but I suppose you got the point )

i also hated those legs, they were based on another sketch i did and i
guess they didnt match up, they also seemed muscle-less compared
to his beastly torso.

It must be how the face is placed. It doesn't look to 3D compared to the rest. Maybe lifting it a little?

I thought so too when the original pencil sketch was up, but its even more pronounced now. I think that if the flame looking pointy thingys were to drape over the face (back some , then out) it would help add dimesion to the face. Also the abs are too wide perhaps, they seem to go all the way to his(or her :D) side.

Shark I see were you drew inspiration from:

alrighty - it was fun working on this a bit.

yours ---> mine

main differences:
1) i moved the torso down into the legs more (it was way off in yours)
2) I fixed the abdomen (its called a 'six pack' for a reason)
3) I quickly blocked in the arms to a new, more natural position (you can touch up the muscle shapes much more than i have there)

there are quite a few other things that i did, but i'll just let the edit do the talking.  I can tell that you purposely tried to make the torso oversized compared to the lower body, so i still kept that style in my edit.  the face was just for fun.

as for the good things; i'm glad you making such an effort in anatomy.  most people dont care that much and just 'wing it'.  I especially liked how you showed the different muscle groups in the deltoid- most people dont do that let alone know that they exist.  I still changed them however, because they were oversized to the picture - even with the exagerrated size of the torso.  the other thing that i found almost perfect was the upper leg muscles (or the quads).  I didn't even bother editing them since you did such a good job.

have fun, hope it helps

Indigo: that is insane, i am pleased that somone actually took time to
improve my work, and someone of your calibre :D. I can see where
you have used my lines, and i think "why didnt i put them like that"
you have a lot of talent. I really like the work on torso and
positioning, however i think the head looks very sinister now > not
intended but it looks fab. i will probably beef up the lower legs, and
tehn shade. I would love for you to shade it aswell, just so i can see
how to improve,

everyone else: i will post an update soon XD

Hey indigo NICE. The only thing I see wrong is the size of his lower legs...
