I'm makin this for fun, was wondering if anyone had any C&C. I'll have to make a couple more passes on things like hair and then I'm gonna try getting to work on a BG. I think the guy in the blue shirt looks like he's a bit off from the way the rest look so I'll prob have to fix him up a bit as well. |

I don't think I could animate them because it'd be too much work -_-;; They're based off real people so I sorta need the variety of shades to try to depict them in this small space. Which shades are you talking about? In the faces or clothing? |

| To make them more readable, consider increasing contrast and reducing single-pixel detail (i.e. clusters instead) outside of things like eyes. |

I understand you're working on a background, but while you work on the characters it might be a good idea to work on a more neutral coloured canvas, as you have some whites and greys that get lost. ;) |

I tried to reduce some of the really similar colors a bit.
I flip on and off a solid color bg layer while I work. I'm still not positive on what I want to use for a BG but I'm worried that whatever I do, it'll clutter up the characters.
