I'm looking for an artist who has some experience with GBA spriting, particularly with the Fire Emblem series.
Yes, this work will be paid for depending on the amount of work required and the quality of the final product.
The particular work I am looking for are custom character portraits that are either spliced from existing pictures like this:  or full custom work like this  I am also looking for someone that can create custom battle animations. Anyone unfamiliar with how the battle style of Fire Emblem for GBA is like can use this video link as a reference.
