Hi All,
I know that for Pixel Artists - Pixel Joint is the best resource out on the Web.
Similarly like PJ what is the best Resource / Forum / Tutorial site for
- Concept Art
- Vector Art

I want to get tutorials for Vector Art, also want to look for best vector Artist out their for small commissioned works.

That's all I know off the top of my head for concept art. I'm not sure about any tutorials specifically for vector art in there, but there should be. I'm sure you'll be able to find someone to do vector art on CGHub.com or CGTalk with a level of professionalism :)

I will try to find Vector Artist in CGHub, Frank Reilly site is really worth it :)
