Hello again Pixel-Joint. It's been awhile, but I've been quite busy. I've studied up more on pixel art and realized on some of the things I've done wrong. I've began working on this piece I am about to present to you, but it's in the super early stages of development.
Here is the piece:
One tree, smoking meteor, foggy background with some other objects to be "fogged out," and the vines hanging from the canopy and sitting on the tree trunk.
Things I still need to do:
-Add the crash area for the meteor(Such as the dirt and evidence of a pit)
-Shading(Of course)
-The craters on the meteor
-Perhaps fix the grass color..
I'm looking to get as much feedback as I can. Even on this first current picture, I could use tips and guiding!

I think way tpp many beginners rush with preliminary rough sketches asking for feedback. Not sure how much this can be rewarding for any party involved. I recommend investing more time and effort before showing anything.

I completely understand that, but I kind of would like to hear at least if the sketch is good enough currently. I'm currently working on a better version of this current one.

IMO, the sketch is way underdeveloped. No crater, object size issues, weird smoke rendition.
Hardly usable for a decent looking pixel art work. I would start over, and maybe first concentrate on one detail, either a tree or a crater...
