Hi,
i'm a wannabe gamedeveloper working on a turn based isometric prototype.

I want some characters and enemies looking something like http://dl.dropbox.com/u/84528920/test3.png - this :
(I found those http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=8962.0 - here. ) What i like about them is that they are kind of a step between roguelike symbols and fleshed out sprites.

What i need: animated sprites for 4 directions. Basically looking at a character from the front and the back, left right can just be mirrored. I'm also not looking for big differences in back-front facing, if you look at the link i just colored the eyes in the first 4 rows and it looks good enough to deceive me. I have no clue about animation so i am probably really wrong.

Animations: idle, attack/shooting, move, getting hit. a few frames each.

Size: 24x24, tiles are

Setting: (far future) robots. Far future because i imagined them weird, as if robots had started to reproduce unchecked and adapted and evolved like organisms. Which actually also means there isn't that much of a theme, i guess. Hey, look at it this way: you have a lot of freedom for the design.

What you should know: i'm a poor college-student. I don't want to be stingy but this is something i do for fun and for me and also a prototype(eg: i have only about 100$ to spare).

If at all interested: send a pm or mail and how many characters you'd be willing to make.

My thought was that this could be for someone to use his doodles and practice animation while getting paid a bit of money ;)
