Hello people of pixeljoint!

I've recently taken an interest in pixel art, so like the lazy man I am, I read all the tutorials I could. Unfortunately most of them tell you WHAT to draw an not how. So I came here and found a tutorial by some guy calling himself cure. While that tutorial was helpful, it covered a bit of a broad subject. While I'm trying to focus more on Gamesprites and tilesets, s/he covered the basics of ALL pixel art.

any way, what I'm asking (after such a long winded explanation) is if you guys know any good resources I could take a look at, this could be as simple as a GS resource site. I think my main problems are proportion and shading/Anti-aliasing

Regardles of what you wish to create, in pixelart its ALL about techniques which the cure (he is a PJ Mod)) tutorial covers quite well and is all that you need besides practicing. The things you ask about are general art things and anatomy and proportion is the same for any art. You just need to start pushing pixels and experimenting. The WIP section is for help and feedback.

Besides several sites like spriter's resource for refs and inspiration the Pixeljoint gallery is full of inspiring work too.
