Hello, my icon http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2012/309/6/8/cheshire_cat_icon_by_getyourgoat-d5k10x5.gif - Click requires revision apparently as it doesn't meet the standards...Does anyone mind letting me know which ones it doesn't meet so I can fix it?
Thanks!

You avatar had 2 issues that caused it to be sent back. One minor one more problematic.
Minor: The BG is so useless here, especially when the art has it but the preview does not.
Problematic: Unless we were wrong when reviewing the piece the extensive use of transparency layers and CGFX when these things could be pixelled are an issue.
We are open to discussion if you have valid points to make. If you understand then the WIP section is there for your use if you need help from other PJers.

Ah right, thanks for getting back to me!
Not sure what you mean for background? It doesn't have one o_0?
Yeah, it does use transparent layers, but no CGFX.
