Please be careful of a person named Joshua Astorian with the following ids.

As he applied for this job and I selected him too and after paying him an advance of 100$ he has not responded and he just abandoned the Project.

So it was a whole act to get 100$. Hope cheaters like this don't projects anymore and he has taken my initial sprite sheets too.
Please spread the word to al users of Pixel Joint, so he doesn't use Pixel Joint forums as place to cheat more people.
Hope somebody serves him right, because feeling very bad after losing out the money, the time and finally getting no one to work on project.
Hope someone new can help me out but, the payment will be made in parts only after delivery of each polished sheet.

I haven't abandoned your project. We are 12 hours apart, so I've been having trouble getting ahold of you. I haven't had a chance to start, I've been very busy with my home life. If you want to leave it at, "Hes a scam artist, and hes taken off with my money", thats fine. If you want to talk to me about this on Gtalk, then I'm more than willing to do your work.

Yeah but just realize how often you came online before collecting the payment and what all you told and how much you made us hurry for making the payment. Do you think we are some loaded company like Gameloft or something, even for us 100$ is big and we also make a living from only our work.
The same 12 hours was the difference before making the payment and how often you contacted me and now after receiving the payment 12 hours becomes an issue?
And I'm not the only one making accusations of you here in this forum, read the thread blow this. Only after making this thread you seemed to have responded. If you would have also been in my position you would have made the same noise if you lose 100$
Even I did not want to post this, Sorry this would have not happened if their was even a bit of communication from your side.

Hey Josh, I tried talking on Gtalk, come on you did not even reply to me, had enough of your stories.... maybe you should try other forums from now.... you are more than willing to do the work???? now after getting paid, in reality you should be doing it and not willing to lol. I don't want your work, you may even be the best pixel artist in the world; but since you don't do work after taking money what is the use.... Just give my 100$ back.... Maybe from now on, instead of promising work and asking Money you can directly ask for Charity, atleast that way you will earn some goodwill....
