Hello, my name Kevin Gigučre and I'm a programmer.

I have been a programmer for 10 years and am now looking to finally branch into the gaming world. More specifically, I am looking to make a japanese style RPG. I already have a working engine that I have been working on for the last few months, as well as a demo of said engine which is available from my website at www.dragonslumber.com. There's also a partnership section which goes into greater detail of what I'm trying to do and what I expect from working with someone.

I am looking for an artist to complement me as a developer. I tend to be more oriented towards dialogue and making a world, as well as the technical side of the game, the math, but not so much about visual presentation, including how the world and characters look, monsters but also menus and the likes. I would hope to join up with someone who has a vision.

I don't want to go into detail about what game I want to design as I believe this is something which should be discussed with the artist, to see what feel he/she would expect from the game. I do have a 20 page working design document about the journey of a Blacksmith, but that is just one of numerous ideas I would like to pursue.

I have money, though certainly not enough to hire someone as a contractor on this game, which is why I'm setting this up as a profit sharing ad. That being said, if we needed to cover some expenses for the audio experience, that is something I could do to some extent.

Rather than having too long a description, I would rather have a conversation with any interested applicants. Please apply if you're interested.
