I was the Mod on duty and admit I was rushed and just doing a lot of stuff at once so I did not PM you :)

I can sorta see you did pixel and suspected the problem was your file output. Use the spec link in my siggy to check your art. This is what it shows:

Color count1949
1949 opaque, 0 trans, 0 partially trans.
Dimensions192x192
Aspect ratio1:1
Animatedno

*Note: that some apps generate artifacts when outputting files.

Oh, that won't work at all, I had to send it back again or the natives will go on a rampage. You need to go back to the original pixelled version. What you did there is considered a terrible thing in pixelart because you did not 'control' the finished piece.
This has happened many times to those new to pixeart and pixelart output. Its most likely that in your original saving attempt you corrupted the pixels beyond repair and this piece is un-salvageable unless you remake it :(

*If you work in Photoshop to pixel make sure you see the post about setting your app to pixel and to make sure which tools need which settings. You can find that in the n00btorial thread.

You are fine with format and file output :)

Take your new piece to the WIP section if you need help or feedback. At the moment its ok but needs polishing and cleaning. I personally think this is far too big a canvas but its your work. Because its this big then all messy bits will show up more. Keep in mind that you are pixelling not painting or coloring.
